Check In/Pickup Location Details

  • The ticket office is located just opposite the main entrance to the Tower.
    The tour guide will be wearing a blue polo shirt or jacket at the meeting point and holding a sign of the tour name.

Restrictions

  • This activity is not wheelchair accessible.

Additional Notes

  • Please note that the Changing of the Guard will not operate when it is raining and will be replaced with an extended walking tour.
  • Depending on the day, you will see either the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace or Horse Guards Parade. On some occasions, the Changing of the Guard may be cancelled on a short notice.
  • Due to increased security measures at many attractions, some lines may form on tours with 'Skip the Line' or VIP early access.
  • This activity operates regardless of weather.
  • Flash photography is not permitted inside the Tower of London.
  • To guarantee small group experience, this tour will be limited to a maximum of twenty-five (25) guests.
